Hi John, I’m rushing to a client now but will try to assist you later when I return. In the interim have you tried all steps in this Apple support link? Try all the steps in order, but you might find you require to carry out Step 7 - 'Reset your Network Settings'.

iPad connectivity

Good morning and Happy New Year to all Wamugians. It has been a while since my last communication but I have managed to sort problems out but not this time. For some unknown reason, my Wife’s iPad 3 has lost intertnet connection yesterday. I have tried unsuccesfully to re-establish the network
