I find the Logitech MX310 great. You can easily program the buttons
in the WoW interface just like you can they keys. I've got side left
-shadowbolt, side right-shadowburn, mouse wheel-conflagerate and
middle button-circumstantial depending where I am.
It's not really enough butt
on the Wacome side my tablet is a little large and takes up to much
desk space to be practical in a gaming setup...
as for the Nostromo - I wouldn't (and in fact now can't) play WOW
without it - top 2 rows set up with basic single combat actions

Logitech's button mapping software works on a Mac ... It's just kinda buggy
(occasionally you need to re-map everything). I've never used a Nostromo
gaming pad (I lack the L33t obviously). They're good eh?
