strange set up for my wamug mail

Hi I have just decided to check to see if I had any WAMUG mail. Somehow, over the past few hours, my settings have changed themselves (?) Does anyone know how I can reinstate the settings as they were previously - i.e. so that if I click on Ronda Brown, her message appears on the bottom
