The windows installer, and the source tarball (.bz2) have been created.
Fedora & Mac builds are still needed.
Thanks again to everyone who made this release possible.

Besides the re-naming and css stuff, I made the suggested modifications.
The re-naming should be done simultaneous with a project rename, I
think. And touching Trac internal CSS definitions results in a horrible
break of a lot of things, this can may be done at some other time.
