Details:

When looking at the horizon and scrolling over the map with fog of war
enabled shows mountain ranges popping up when they enter the part of the map
that is drawn. By fading the edges to transparency instead of black, they
fade in beautifully.

Possible problems:
* Drawing order: If a droid or projectile is behind the mountain that is
partially faded, it will show up as being in front of it. This was not
tested. Droids only seem to be drawn for the visible part of the map
however.
* Performance: All map tiles are now drawn with transparency enabled. This
could have an influence on the perfomance, but this was not observed.
