I have been using WATIR to verify the contents of the cookies our
application sets in IE for quite awhile now. I am looking to expand
this to firefox, but I am not sure if it is possible.
Here is my basic code for splitting the cookies on IE into an array.:

Hi.
You are correct that some of the AutoIt functions won't work when you
are logged out (locked out). You could use some virtual machine to run
the tests (which has ruby installed with Watir and Autoit and so on),
which won't turn on screensaver or won't lock out.
You could use VMWare or Virtua

Hi there,
I have installed Ruby 1.8.6 and watir 1.6.2, IE7
We have an autocomplete field with fire events and have managed to automate
this with send keys (this was the only solution which worked for us)
The script is run on cruise control (run as a .bat not as a service),
schedued every 12 hours.
