Watir latest version is 1.6.5. Please don't use Watir1.5.4.

It always throws following error

Before
I did it several times. see this is very unique case its happening. It is
working perfectly with my PC. We are trying to install in test m/c. All of
sudden we started getting this error.We done some research & try to solve it
through online solutions, but nothing is working.
