As far as my post yesterday on the 1958 Ford Fairlaine. There is some
discussion now that they were Ford Galaxies. Does anyone know for sure
what was used on the show?

In the episode where Professor St. John takes Aunt Bee out to dinner, there
is a scene in the restaurant where Aunt Bee gets "frustrated" with his endless
recounts of how similar she is to his late wife Ethel. Anyway, in
frustration you see Aunt Bee sort of roll her eyes and then the camera
"I'm not sure if this has been noticed and mentioned before but the gas pumps
seem to switch possitions between episodes"

director wanted to shoot the scene. For example, assume that facing Wally's
Regular is on the left and Premium on the right. Remember that directly
across the road from Wally's were the quonset huts for Gomer Pyle, USMC, so
