Now we all know that Barney was not the last of the big time spenders. But
just how many times did we ever see Barney actually spending some of his own
money? I can think of these:
1. Barney dropped a quarter of the counter at the drug store when he was
spying on Ellie and the new doctor.

Barney on the Rebound
This is the episode where Barney is sued for Breach of Promise.
Andy discovers the that George Stevens is not the father of Gladys but
actually her husband.
