Its been since just after Mayberry days that i have posted anything but I have
kept up with the news from here. I have read a lot about who would have been a
good replacement for Barney and I have a comment on that. What's with all the
talk about women replacing him ? What was wrong with Jack B

I saw in the paper that Ferlin Husky turned 84. Didn't Barney mention him? I
forget which show. Maybe the Rafe Hollister one where Barney was singing
Cheery Beery Bin, Tico Tico, or The Umbrella Man.
