Andy, Barney, Thelma Lou (if Lou is a middle name and not a last name), and
Johnny Paul Jason all had their middle names mentioned on the show. Does
anyone know someone else on the Andy show that had their middle name mentioned?
Orville Hendricks - Selling Butter and Eggs in Mayberry. If
Barney's first girlfriend was Hilda Mae; the town's dry cleaner was H. Fred
Goss; and let's not forget Big Maude Tyler - does Maude count as her middle
name?! :)
