Clara Edwards, gives up her blue ribbon to Aunt Bee in the rose growing
contest. They'd been rivals for weeks when Aunt Bee's rose was ruined making
her unable to compete.

In "Cyrano Andy" Thelma Lou sure prompted Barney to think that Andy was
interested in her: “Barney, guess who just came calling on me.”
Opie lied to Peggy about Andy’s whereabouts because he was jealous of the
time Andy

episode "Aunt Bee's Invisible Beau" Barney makes the remark, "If Aunt Bee were
my aunt, I'd sure be more concerned about the situation" (or something like

At lunch I drove by the Richardson City Hall and Library complex nearby and
saw a sign saying "Community Band Concert Sunday 7:00pm". I was relieved
they have several days notice in order to get the uniforms fixed, and the

Paul, I have to agree. The scene from The Cow Thief has always been one of my
favorites as well. It's right up there with "Don't the trees seem nice and

My favorite one show wonder is Mary Simpson. I wish they had kept her as
Andy's girlfriend. I always had a crush on Sue Ann Langdon.
My wife and I are going to have a special anniversay in two weeks. It's our
