Ken,
I loved your take on what happened to the Mayberry visitors after they
left Mayberry. The one about Bert Miller was especially funny. Maybe Col.
Harvey of Indian elixir fame decided to get a legitimate pharmaceutical
license. Maybe he then invented a legitimate cure all liquid
What ever became of Ed Sawyer? For a man who loved Mayberry so much, he
sure didn't stick around for long. I wish he did.

Is there anything we can do about Ken Anderson? I tried to just grin and
bear it but my jaw's getting' tired.

Thought about killin' him -- kinda hated to go that far.

I am watching The Horse Trader on a local station and Andy once again
tells Barney, You are a BIRD in this world! So again, I got to wondering
what the heck that phrase means? Also, does anyone know how many times that
phrase was used on TAGS? Did anyone other than Andy ever say it?

Ken: Thanks for your joke about the size of your relative's livers. It reminded
me of my late father. He loved telling that joke. I can see him now holding up
his hands to show how long his daddy's liver was. Mayberry makes us feel good
in so many different ways! Bob
