I am watching The Horse Trader on a local station and Andy once again tells Barney, You are a BIRD in this world! So again, I got to wondering what the heck that phrase means? Also,does anyone know how many times that phrase was used on TAGS? Did anyone other than Andy ever say it? Jennifer
