One of the biggest faux pas ever was in the car show episode. At the gas station where Goober's friend worked a Coors beer truck passes by. As we know at that time Coors was not allowed out east so it gave it away that they weren't in Raleigh. ___ WBM

Drugstores on Sunday

Back in the day, drug stores in my small town in South Dakota were open on Sunday, with their doors opening shortly after noon. I remember my family stopping by for some popcorn (or fresh-roasted pistachios) on occasion, as we made our way home from church dressed in our Sunday best! ***
