Well old Ken spotted the continuity error in the episode "Andy The Matchmaker". If you notice when Barney comes into the courthouse, he has a pair of handcuffs hanging out of his left front pocket. While he is turning in everything, you can see the handcuffs several times. Then the camera

Aunt Bea the Warden

Good eyes Thelma Lou ( Janet ) for noticing the number of people in the squad car on Aunt Bea the Warden. I did a freeze frame of that car scene but it was hard to see with Andy flying down that dirt road. It obviously didnt look like 5 people in the car. which would bring to mind some quest
