Quite some time ago I posted some similarities between TAGS and the old
radio program The Great Gildersleeves, and there were many.
For those of you not familar with the old radio program The Great
Gildersleeves, it takes place in a small town called Summerville where the
Great Gildersleeves is
I was thinking of the following vehicles: Andy - squad car, Barney's
lemon, Mary's ( Sue Ann Langdon) convertible and Aunt Bee's car.
Barney - squad car, his lemon, the station wagon pulling the trailer
and I believe he drove or gave the impression he had been driving
Floyd's car when it ran
I just reread my earlier post and noticed an error on my part.
The Great Gildersleeves lived in Summerfield and not Summerville as I
originally posted.

Miss Rosemary played the sweetest most demure young lady who Barney took to
church every Sunday. I'm revealing a tongue in cheek alumni sighting of
her bit part in Golden Girls. She played a hilarious, yet most irreverend
mourner who kicked the casket of a nasty neighbor.
