Sheldon Golomb (pronounced like Gollum in The Hobbit movies) is today, as
others have mentioned, a dentist in Colorado. While he was working as a child
actor, his agent insisted (against Sheldon's wishes) that he adopt the stage
name Sheldon Collins, since it was easier to spell and pronounce.
Here's another trivia question for those who have time to stand around and
discuss trivial trivialities. Jim Clark included this in Miss Crump's Quiz many
years ago, but I am sure it will be new to many folks on this list.
Here's the challenge: Name a language that is known to have been used in
Unless I missed it, nobody ever named the fifth real person mentioned on TAGS
who is still living, so I'll just give the answer: Doris Day. The other four
were Debbie Reynolds, Kirk Douglas, Whitey Ford, and Fabian. If there are any
