Clara's Missing Hat

I think Clara was not wearing a hat because the meeting was at her house so she did not have to go out. I noticed the same thing in a Leave it to Beaver episode. June Cleaver hosted her bridge club and every woman who came had a hat on, but June did not because it was her house. -- Ken Anderson

Could it be that the Ladies Garden club was meeting at Clara's home. So no hat required for Clara, but the ladies visiting wore hats. I looked it up on Internet Movie Database that Ron's first acting job was in 1956 on Frontier Woman in a bit part. I thought his first job was on Make Room for Dad
