I enjoyed Sheriff Poindexter's post very much. I'm a married father of three
kids, including a 9 month old, so I know about needing a little down time also.
I've watched TAGS for so long that it is like watching family and friends. It
is very relaxing and a great way to end the day. I also
I agree with Houston. I enjoyed the book and thought it was very interesting. A

I was watching the final season of Gomer Pyle USMC last night. In the episode
where Sgt. Carter visits his mother in Witchita, his mothers house looks
strangely likes Andy's house on the outside! It had a different color of paint
but that was the front porch for sure!

Somebody wrote in asking about a missing laugh track on an episode of TAGS on
DVD. I asked the same thing a while back and apparently if you contact the
company that made the DVDs they will replace those. I have a few of the no
laugh track episodes myself.

Ken,
Maybe the T in Ernest T. Bass stands for Tibbs, as in Nathan Tibbs. That
would have really burned Barney up!!

I was watching Deputy Otis last night and it got me thinkin'. Where did they
get the uniform for Otis? Maybe they keep various sizes in the back for
emergencies(floods, etc.) but that doesn't seem likely. Hopefully somebody has
an idea on this.

Ken,
You're the only one to reply to the question about what the Clark's had for
dinner at Andy's house in the episode Emmett's Anniversary. You're right,
they don't show what was served at dinner, but when Emmett gets up and says
he's going into the kitchen for a glass of water, Andy says,
Hello Mayberry Friends,
I was watching the final season episode Emmett's Anniversary and I
caught something on it and thought I'd make it a trivia question. On this
episode, what did they have for dinner at the beginning of the show when Andy
had Emmett and Martha over to figure out what
I was watching my TAGS DVD last night and noticed that in the episode Up in
Barney's Room that there is no laugh track in the background. It is the
regular complete season on DVD. I wandered if anyone else had that same DVD or
maybe mine just has an anti-laughing compeltion!
Harvey
I'm watching the episode where Mr. Frisbee gives Aunt Bee a mustache cup. I was
hoping someone could fill me in. Is this a shaving mug or what? Thanks for the
help fellow Mayberry fans.
Your Buddy,
