Dear Joe, I read the interesting article you sent about the rocks being thrown. Thank you for sharing. I noticed there was nothing said about any witnesses or video recordings. Without such I would assume those rocks need to identified and possibly fingerprinted ! This poor fellow Jones could use the services of attorney Neil Bentley.
