I knew that 'The Real McCoys' was filmed on the 40 Acre Lot. My question
was could I count Dick Crenna as an alumni of TAGS, even though he was
never on the show, he just directed some episodes.

While watching an episode of 'The Real McCoys' this morning.
Noticed that when Luke and Pepino were going into the bus station, that the
station was the diner that Bobby Fleet and the boys were in when Andy and
Barney walked in. Also you could see the Grand Theater out the door and Mr.
Foley's mark
If someone would of only known to save the 40 acre lot and the Mayberry set.
What a tourist attraction that would be today!

Dale, I share your feelings about this photo. I have spent a lot of time just
looking at it and "walking down" Main St. in Mayberry. For me, it kind of makes
Mayberry a reality.
