I also love the 40 acres website. David had a good point...it is sad to see with our own baby blues that "Mayberry" was just a Hollywood set. But, I think the saddest thing of all is reading about how "they" bulldozed good old 40 acres! I would have loved to wander through the place...what a trip back through time that would have been. It could have been a big attraction (for folks like us).....really BIG!!
