My personal opinion is no. Andy had too much integrity and strength of character for that. Actually, I'm always a bit taken aback that he is drawn to her as much as he appears to be. To me, it is somewhat out of character. For Barney, it's believable, but not so much for Andy. However, as a woman, perhaps I just don't "get" the power of her allure.
