I remember one other episode where Andy plays the piano, albeit briefly. It is "Barney's Physical" from season 5. Barney finds out he doesn't measure up to the new civil service requirements. Andy is sitting at the piano playing a few notes and all of a sudden a light bulb seems to go off in his head. He and Aunt Bee start thinking of ways to fatten Barney up and stretch him so's he'll measure up. Another episode where Andy plays a different instrument is "The Sermon for Today". When Andy is rehearsing with the town band, he plays a tuba.
