I agree with Elizabeth about Aunt Bee popping in and out of Mayberry.
Since she wasn't married, she could come and go as she pleased. Remember
she said she had raised all those younguns somewhere else and was so
thankful Andy needed her to help raise Opie? I take it that Ange's wife
had just passed away a couple years back and since Rose up and got
hitched, she now had a place to go. She had gone to Sweetbriar with
Clara and they probably kept in touch with all the doins in Mayberry
thru the years!
