The less obvious answers to David's question about which of Barney's relatives are seen on The Show are Andy and Opie. In three early episodes, Andy and Barney are said to be cousins, so that makes Opie Barney's cousin once removed.
Note that Aunt Bee and Barney are not related, he just addresses her that way out of affection, like nearly everyone else in town who is younger than she does. Note also that Andy's Uncle Ollie and his sons are not related to Barney either, since Ollie is married to Aunt Bee's sister.
