Bike license in Wisconsin is very common. They would give you a little sticker to put on the bike. In Leave it to Beaver, Beaver had his bike stolen but Ward had forgotten to take it get registered to get the sticker for the bike, thus they could not trace it. -- Ken Anderson The Mayberry Guru
