I wanted to submit a trivia question that had me thinking (yes with my bucket on my head). What actor/actress played the most different characters both credited and uncredited on TAGS. This is with the exception of Tom Jacobs who appeared in just about every episode in the first few season

The first person who popped into my mind, as far as multiple roles, would be Allan Melvin, who was credited with playing "various heavies" throughout the series. Not sure how many without consulting my TAGS books, but he's definitely in the running! Susi Blank ___

I hadn't gotten my digest for about a week and then they all came at once this morning, so I am a little behind on the issues.   I just wanted to thank Tom Kessel for sharing his knowledge of the TAGS cast members.  I have always been a bigger fan of what we refer to as character actors

big question. Why has nobody played the role of Sheriff Andy Taylor Maybe David, Allan, or even Jim Clark could explain. I would be much happy to do the role myself. Gun and all, if needed. I'm planning on moving back the Ozarks at some time in the next year, which brings me closer to Mayber
