I always thought there were bathroom facilities in the back room where
Barney took his nap. We have seen Andy shaving in the back room so there
must have been a sink and running water, and if that was there chances are
there was also a toilet. Hope I was allowed to say that word being we

The jail cells had a sink but no toilet. Makes you wonder where Otis and
others "did their business", lol.
