Deputy Otis

I was watching Deputy Otis last night and it got me thinkin'. Where did they get the uniform for Otis? Maybe they keep various sizes in the back for emergencies(floods,etc.) but that doesn't seem likely. Hopefully somebody has an idea on this. Harvey Indian Elixir Price
