Ya know that old plate I had? Someone threw a ball and busted it. OK, it wasn't a ball, but it did get busted. The plate is "Meeting Aunt Bee" from the Hamilton Collection, which depicts the scene at the end of episode one, where Andy, Opie, and Aunt Bee are gathered around the pickup truck. If anybody has an extra one of these to sell, please let me know. There's one on eBay right now for $86 but that seems a bit high (I would think $50-$60 would be more realistic).
BTW, the artist who made the plate must have been working from a black and white photo, because the truck on the plate is blue. The real truck used in the episode was tan, with a red stripe.
