I think I have ciphered this out, Ken. If the door opens in, you have to put a hook over the door; attach the string to the door, run it back through the hook, then run it to the camera. Then when the door opens, the string tightens, and POW!, the camera fires. Solving this has given me the vapors. I have to go rest now.
