In an episode I don't recall the name of, there is a map of Montana on the
wall.
In episode 26 "The Inspector" there is a map with all of Idaho, some of
Montana, and some of Wyoming on the wall. This is the one where the
inspector is a stickler for details.

I wonder why in the first season, the producers would put up maps behind
Andy's desk that are of other states than where Mayberry was located? Part
of the season they had maps of Idaho and Nevada... The other part of the
season, they were upside down. Curious, curious.

I've noticed this and mentioned it on here before, but watching "Andy Saves
Morale", when Andy is trying the citizens, the map on the wall behind
Barney is Idaho upside down, and the one next to it appears to be Nevada
upside down too.

Folks have been asking about the map on the wall behind Andy's desk. Most of

I was looking at that Frappr map to see how many Mayberrians had pinned up
North, and I saw a state right above TX with the initials "OK". It was then
that I realized that I lived just south of Old-Man Kelsey's state.
