I may have spotted a very brief glimpse of Mr. Schwamp and would like someone to check this one out to see if I am right, or let me know if someone has already mentioned it.
In Season 8's episode "The Church Benefactors" I think I see Mr. Schwamp walking across the street. Andy comes out of the courthouse looking for Howard who is late for a meeting at the courthouse. As Andy looks for Howard a man and woman walk across the street together. I ran the scene through frame by frame a number of times and I think the man walking could be Mr. Schwamp. We don't get a look at his face, but his body build and hair look very much like Mr. Schwamp. However keep in mind that I have had 12 eye surgeries so my vision isn't exactly the best.
