I kinda think the internet has been redefining "real" to me. I don't think of the virtual friends I've made on the net as "not real." I can't see or touch them, but they're "real." I think of Mayberry as the same kind of real. I also think of the March house and Plumfield as the same kind of real. In movies they're sets, but they're real to me. And Nancy really is driving her roadster off somewhere to solve some mystery.
