I don't know if it's a regional thing or not, I don't know if it's really prevalent in the south or not, but sitting on the same side of the booth is done out here in Idaho A LOT..and it drives me crazy. I want to be able to face the person I'm talking to without having to crank my neck to look at them.intimacy be hanged! Then, depending on the arrangement of seating in the restaurant sometimes you end up with two people facing you and staring at you throughout the whole time you're eating. It really looks awkward in TAGS too, just silly. I know, maybe I'm being picky.but Thelma Lou really hit a sore subject with me :-) Thelma if you were here I could go on for hours about this subject.
