Hey,everybody! The other morning I was watching Fox News, which was featuring the Boy Scouts Jamboree in DC when they did a segment about things the scouts do to earn badges. One of the segments featured CPR on dummies of the upper torso of boys. All I could think was "poor Horatio"......
