Joe Gritton has so much feeling for Mayberry and it's message in our lives. I was so proud to perform the piece that he wrote. I first did it in 2000 at my home church and then last Saturday night in Berea SC at Berea First Baptist Church with their Minister Ronald Vaughan. What a thrill it is to take someone's idea and words and make them come to life. Joe, you are a prince and I am so grateful to have you as a friend and ghost writer. Also, my new friends Tom and Kathy Rusk couldn't have been nicer and some of the photo's from the show are priceless. So, thanks to all who make my life rich with words of kindness and friendship that lifts me and the audiences that I am blessed to perform in front of.
