I've changed the footer to include the address to send admin requests
(subscribe / unsubscribe etc) and I just want to see that it worked.
On a related note, if anyone is unsure of how to deal with MajorDomo (the list
control software which you give commands to by email)
Oh bugger, I managed to send it to the wrong list entirely.
I think perhaps I should avoid sending emails in the morning until my brain

Depends on the web server and how it's set up, but try changing the
extension of the file to .shtml or .shtm.
