In OE, go to Tools > Options. Click on the Maintnance tab. Click on the "Store Folder ..." button. That will tell you where all your folders, Inbox, and everything else, live. You can copy all of the files in that folder to a CD or otherwise get them to the new PC. Then, change the Store Folder
