she's got an ancient version of Stuffit, as she'd just upgraded from a
pretty old Mac machine (which still sits on the other side of her office, I
believe) and I expect she loaded some of the old programs on to the new
machine.
Thanks Franni... not knowing Mac well (and trying to sort it out in email
and on the phone at that!) has made it difficult to sort out. I'll see if
she can find it on her computer, and if not grab it for her and get it
sorted out.

Well the vast majority printers can't print to the edge, so you'll have
a margin whether you want one or not

Christina is right. There are few printers that can truly print "edge to
edge."
A print shop could create the same effect on letterhead but will have to
print on larger paper because their printers will not print all the way to
the edge either. The will then cut the paper to an 8.5 X 11 size. Thi
