Months ago I bought a Toshiba laptop, the OS is winXP home. I connected it
to
my home network easily and has been working well. The other PCs are win2K.
Toshiba laptop pre-installed NAV(Norton Anti-Virus) and only for 90-day
free. It is now
expired and so I un-installed the

Did NAV uninstall cleanly? Looks like it's left something there that's
interfering with your networking.
It may help to remove all networking components (NIC driver, protocols etc),
reboot then add them again - I've known that to solve a lot of pr

Hi list,
Our office is finally getting a Mac, so I can test the website on it and
see what goes wrong. Not sure if I am going to like what I will see, but at
least I *will* be able to see it :-)
Which browsers should I ask "the Mac guy" to install on it? I know it
already has Safari and IE 5.2.
I don't think there are any major rendering differences between Mozilla and
Firebird. Personally I think one or the other would be sufficient.
All I've got on my testing Mac is IE 5.2, Safari and Mozilla. From other
