Well, I have to say I did wonder! It certainly makes sense - especially
when you see stories of hackers being offered humungous salaries to join

decompile and reverse engineer it to see what the patch is patching then
they go from there.

immediately providing a window of opportunity for people to exploit the
hole: Check the technical bulletins, as often as not you will see Windows
