Due to a bad and mad policy change from my current ISP (local), I am considering to change my ISP soon. Would anyone recommend or refer a good one? I am looking for a dial-up connection provider for cost consideration (unless there is low-cost DSL provider). Recently I came across a company called JoiInternet (www.joiinternet.net) offering a low price -- $9.95/mo paid yearly -- for 5x regular speed connection and 5 POP emails ($6.95 for regular speed). Has anyone used their service? Any comment?
