Hello, I was just wondering how you go about billing your customers?
What %, if any, do you ask for up front (before work begins), then is the remainder just left for the end of the project, or do you charge another % part way through? Also, if the customer needs hosting also, if I recommend a company to them and assist with setting their account up, should I just get them to pay the hosting company directly or should they go through me?
