Hi all,
I put a drop down menu onto a site that I am redesigning and find that
it works fine in FF but when I check it in IE it moves the page text
down when it appears. I would appreciate it if someone could look at it
and tell me what the problem is. I am close to pulling my hair out.

I might be wrong but i think you need to set the z-index for the drop
down menu to 2 or higher ( depending on the layer your text will be on
), this way IE knows that the drop down menu is on a different level and
should show it on top of the text

so I got my self a different script. This one works!
