Update: I changed the preferences to rich text and my boss says now that she can paste in a screenshot but cannot add a picture. (She likes putting her signature at the bottom of her e-mails with a picture and links to her site.) Any ideas anyone? Riva • The WDVL Discussion List from WD

Hi all, My boss uses Outlook and finds that when she replies to a message that came in text and changes it to HTML, it changes the font to Times New Roman. She wants to be able to keep it as Arial, 10pt. I checked her preferences, etc. and anywhere else I could think of but I can't find a set
