I used to use e-cloaker 2.0, myself, (I think I even got the link
for it from here, too,) but it doesn't do URL encoding, if I
remember correctly.
The HTML code I posted is not much more than 1k and runs from
your browser - offline - so you always have it handy while you're
working on you
There's also a little tool which does the same thing that you can load onto
your machine. Someone here mentioned it ages ago and I've been using it ever
since...
