zencart wants ssl and cURL

So I've allowed these in php.ini-dist (and in php.ini-recommend just in
case) but it seems to make no difference. apache\conf\httpd.conf doesn't
seem to have a relevant place to do anything related to this. Both

SSL is definitely an option. Just forego it for testing. In fact
I've got a system in the wild that's non-ssl, as they physically take
CC #'s over the phone after they receive an email notification. I do
not believe CURL is required either. Are you sure these aren't
*warnings* in the install pr
