No more than any other WSGI application does, except that it is pretty light weight, so it is practical to run it using CGI. As Graham pointed out, he's created a cool extension to mod_wsgi that makes it easy to "drop in" bobo source files. I designed bobo so that source files can be pretty self contained (e.g. not requiring external configuration) which probably helps make this story work well.
